Normal AC1 Levels: Depends on who you ask...we reveal the truth
Normal AC1 levels are critical to the survival of the body. Once it becomes clear that there is a high blood sugar level it can mean death to the cells of the body. Having high sugar means that the pancreas is failing, this so very important. Blood sugar in high amounts cause damage to the body. If the Glucose level remains high it can mean deep trouble. Normal AC1 levels mean that you are dumping all that poison out of the body and maintain s health level of Glucose. This is what you want.
You do not want to live with excess sugar in your body as it becomes a poison to the cells. What is a normal AC1? First, I will give you the Official numbers then I will give you my real life experience on the numbers
Beware: There is a strong media campaign by doctors and drug makers to put you on their billion dollar drugs. The Drug makers get rich off these drugs and want everyone on these danger diabetes medications. There is no need for medications for "TYPE 2 Diabetes"
I rarely agree with the American Diabetes Association but I agree with them on what is Normal AC1 levels
Normal and Target Blood Glucose Ranges:
Normal Blood Glucose Levels in People Who Do Not Have Diabetes:
70 to 99 mg/dL
2 or 3 hours After meals 70 to 140 mg/dL
Target Blood Glucose Levels in People Who Have Diabetes
70 to 130 mg/dL
and 1 to 2 hours after the start of a meal
below 180 mg/dL
To keep it simple: an AC1 of 7.0 is basically normal according to the ADA and I completely agree with this
Now there are some people who think this should be lower but I do not and here is why. There are some people who are completely healthy at a 7.0 level
BEWARE THE HARDCORE PEOPLE CLAIMING LOWER IS ALWAYS BETTER
Many hard core people will tell you that 7 is still high but this is not true. Often no number is low enough for them (Body fat,Blood sugar..etc) these people think lower is always better but they are wrong. You can have too lower blood sugar and this is a horrible disease as well. Recent studies show that Type 2 diabetes is not just about lowering blood sugar this is what the drug makers fail to realize.
The body wants balance and 7 is the perfect number for a normal AC1 levels from my experience. On this issue the ADA is completely right.
I will no longer take diabetes medications. I control my blood sugar drug free

Avoid the diabetic medications if you can, I go completely natural and it works for me.
